\nThus, in 1938, serial production of this most famous vehicle began. They were made until 2003 and produced
\nmore than 21.5 million vehicles. Cabriolet production began in 1949 at the Karmann company, where it was manufactured
\nfour-seater convertibles until 1980 and produced 330,281 of them. Our "bug" is the 1302S model, produced in 1972.
\nIt has a built-in engine with a volume of 1600 cubic centimeters, which develops a maximum power of 60 horsepower at serial
\nimplementation. Our convertible has a beefed-up engine with two carburettors, which makes it more bouncy than the stock version.<\/p>\n
Power is transmitted via a four-speed gearbox to the rear wheels. This model got serial closed
\nhomokinetic joints on the poles. Also, the 1302 got a new front suspension,
\nMcPerson suspension with a transverse stabilizer for less roll and a new torsion at the rear, the steering wheel is now more modern with a rack
\nslat. The dashboard is finished with additional gauges and a radio, it has a sports steering wheel and for a more beautiful exterior
